Min Sung Kim, Cremona, 2010

Min Sung Kim stands out as one of the most talented makers working in Italy today. He was born in South Korea in 1971 and studied violin making in Salt Lake City and then Cremona, graduating from the prestigious Cremona International Violin Making School.

He was recently the gold medal winner at the 2011 Wieniawski Violin Making Competition in Poland and has won numerous medals and awards at other violin making competitions around the globe.

We are pleased to offer this fine example of his work; its bold yet refined sound offers much to the discriminating player.
