LeeAnn Sutton

LeeAnn Sutton earned a Bachelor of Music degree in viola performance and music education from Ithaca College, and a Master of Music degree in viola performance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She received her Suzuki Teacher Certification from William Starr and has also studied with Sandy Reuning, Carrie Reuning-Hummel, and Janis Butler.

Upon finishing her graduate degree, LeeAnn was offered a position as a viola teacher at the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, bringing her home to Massachusetts. In 2009, she joined the staff at Carriage House Violins. Today, she handles both assignments with aplomb, drawing on her experience as an educator to guide young students and their families through the process of finding the perfect instrument.
